Produced between Zagreb, Berlin, Dubrovnik, and Bucharest, FLUFF LORD’s PET STORE reflects a studio practice rooted in transnational collaboration, open-source tools, and material experimentation. The sculptures combine industrial 3D-printing processes with traditional mold making, airbrushed and hand-painted surfaces, balancing precision with emotional tactility.
FL Petstore is STAGE 2 of prototyping and research for the large scale project ‘Electric Dogs’ speculating size and design, material and blueprints of what it means to be cute ( humans best friend? ) in the new age of utilitarian (canine) machine dog’s.
The exhibition coincides with the Pharmakon Gallery’s anniversary program and includes a performance and afterparty by Evanora Unlimited with local Supernova and friends - gen Z performers from Romania. This event was connecting the sculptural installation to a broader sonic and performative network of artists who, like Tea, blur the lines between digital mythmaking and embodied ritual.
Pharmakon Galery curates together new sculptural works, crayon paintings, and process material that examine authorship, replication, and myth in an age of synthetic production. At its center is a large resin prototype of the FL-BeanTerrier figure, digitally modeled but executed in real life sculpt and produced on the site. The creature sits between mascot, deity, and relic, holding a space where character design becomes sculpture and world building becomes a method.
The exhibition is in conversation with Tea’s “Electric Dogs” cycle, which studies engineered companions, utility breeds, and post-human care ecologies. Motifs and forms migrate between the two projects. Characters developed for Electric Dogs inform surface, posture, and aura in FLUFF LORD 10000, while the Pharmakon presentation grounds those ideas in a single emblematic figure.
Production took place between Berlin, Dubrovnik, and Bucharest. The sculptures combine industrial 3D printing with airbrushed and hand-painted surfaces to balance precision and tactility. Fabrication support in Bucharest was realized with Irina/Iraida (@iraida____) and Alex (@crowbarrrr) at Combinatul Fondului Plastic, where digital models were adapted and prototyped in resin.
Logistics were intentionally complex and direct. The central prototype and exhibition materials were transported by electric SUV car from Dubrovnik to Bucharest, produced and assembled in Bucharest, returned by same electric car to Dubrovnik across multiple borders of former Yugoslavia area. FL Bean Terrier was craffted in 2 parts for minimal vibration and controlled handling to protect unfinished surfaces and assembled parts. This ground route allowed iterative testing and on-site adjustments with the Bucharest team as well as art-handling for the further 60th Salon Zagreb expose curated by Kucca team.

Curatorial Text
“Fluff Lord’s Petshop” fantasizes and reflects on our current human condition through the lenses of sexy anti-terrestrial designer dogs. The dog, once meant to protect and offer companionship to its guardian, has evolved into a utilitarian and autonomous machine, a dystopian symptom of our rapid shift and dependence on technology and the internet. Stripped of a normative societal role, the former human’s best friend becomes a mirror for our relationship to productivity, safety, and solitude. Pet dogs, seen as vessels for experiencing love and friendship that we may miss in parts of our lives, transcend their condition in this presentation. In the imagined scenario for Stražičić’s installation, the “dog” becomes a mirror for a world where loyalty, its dominant characteristic, is deconstructed and reimagined, influenced by design, aesthetics, and body augmentation.”
